Circuit Court Family Law - Staggered Callover Guidelines - December 2020
Tuesday 08th December 2020
Terms & Sittings
1754 Days ago

Only one representative from each party is to be present at the callover. If  additional persons are required then the matter will be assigned a time in Court.

The earliest hearing for a motion will be 11.00am. Under NO circumstances should Clients or additional personnel attend the Courts Building before this time.

Parties should only attend at their stated time.

Parties must leave the building after their case has been called and return at the allotted time issued to them at the call-over.

Parties should be ready to proceed with all Affidavits filed and exchanged prior to the call-over date, so as to avoid unnecessary adjournments.

In the interest of keeping these Courts open and safe, it is essential that everybody adheres to the above guidelines.
